How Long Will It Take To Receive The Print-on-demand Orders?
All our products are print-on-demand and customizable, meaning your product will go into production shortly after your order has been processed. Customers can expect to receive their products around 15-30 business days after placing the orders.

PRODUCTION TIME
You can change the order details (change size, color, quantity) or cancel the order within the first 24 hours.

  • We typically take about 5-14 business days to make and ship out your product, depending on the type of product.
  • The detailed time frame for production correspondence with the products group is as below (not including shipping time):
  • Printed apparel (regular/partial printing): 4-5 business days
  • All Over Print apparel (Full Prints/3D Printing): 7-10 business days
  • Homewares and Home decor: 7-10 business days
  • Footwear: 10-12 business days
  • Bags & Handbags: 7-10 business days
  • Phone case, mugs, posters, accessories: 5-7 business days

When Will You Receive Your Print-on-demand Order?

  • 5-20 business days after order processing.

Issues Address:

We always guarantee customers will receive the purchase on time; however, they should provide the correct detailed address to avoid the late delivery for some reasons as below:

  • Miss Apartment, Building, Flat, Unit number….
  • Only leave the road and Street but miss house number.
  • The zip code and city don’t match.
  • Keep attention texts or calls from carriers.

You should:

  • Call the Local Post office near where you live first. Phone USPS: (1-800-275-8777)
  • If you have not received the parcel, you should contact Customer Service to support this more effectively.

Packages Returned To Sender – Wrong Address

Please check your email confirmation carefully, and you should take responsibility for this matter as we allow an order modification within 24 hours.

We are not responsible for losing any package using PO Box and reshipment/refund if a package is returned to the Sender due to wrong address information. If you want to resend the products, we will surcharge up to your orders’ 50% value.

Lost Order In Unexpected Situation

In those special cases, please contact customer service to follow the instructions and contact the local post office to check your order carefully again.

If your order was lost or stolen after delivery, we will reship the package to you for free under your provided address only one time.

If you don’t want us to resend, we will refund you 80% (20% as a handling fee).

Package Returned To Sender

If a package is returned to sender by the shipping courier, we will reship the package to you for free under your provided address.

If a package is returned to the sender by the shipping courier for the second time, we will reship the package to you for an extra fee (up to 50% order’s value).

If the package is returned to the sender and you don’t want us to resend, we will refund you 80% (20% as a handling fee).
